“The Hamilton Pen Company provide a wide choice of modern pens and pencils. My favoured choice is from the Troika range which combine a working ball pen and a surface device stylus. The Troika ranges of pens are firm to hold, feel comfortable in the hand and also have additional useful features. Using the stylus with a touch phone or pad enables a more accurate result when using small virtual keyboards and hence fewer errors occur. The Hamilton Pen Company provide a good service with a quick response.”

“I was very disappointed to find that Platignum has changed the size and design of their ink refills, making mine redundant. One expects an old established firm to keep some things the same.”

“I needed a refill for an old (sentimentally valuable) Cross ballpoint pen which didn’t have any identifying marks so I didn’t know which refill would fit, so I emailed Hamilton Pens customer service and sent in a photo. Within a few minutes I got a reply with the name of the pen style plus the information that the correct Cross refills were out of stock but giving me details of a compatible one which would fit, which I duly ordered. It arrived within two days, fits perfectly so now the pen can be used again, many thanks for absolutely excellent service.”
