Hi, Thank you for your review, Sorry to see that your order has taken longer than expected, this order was dispatched for you on a next day service and i can see that the courier has had an issue with this. The parcel is now on its way back to us, as soon as it arrives we will cancel and refund your order for you as requested.

“5 Stars . Faultless service communication and willingness to provide customer satisfaction. I had to return a golf bag under manufactures warrenty and GSO could not have been more helpful or accomodating in providing a replacement or offering other forms of refunds. I would strongly recommend GSO and will continue to use them in the future for all my golf needs.”

“Product has still Not been delivered despite the delivery original date being Wednesday, DHL said they had a problem so I agreed.agreed another day Fri 18th which they acknowledged, but still no parcel, very frustrating.”
