“Item not recieved. Royal Mail say item delivered on tracking. Had a delivery card saying it would be delivered next day. No delivery was made. Tried emailing golf shop online but not had a response. No idea what to do as royal mail tracking still shows as delivered.”

You emailed us on Saturday when our offices were closed, but you will receive a response from us today. The order was sent via Royal Mail and the tracking is currently showing as delivered, with the GPS location placing it just outside number 45. We’d recommend checking with neighbours in case it was accepted on your behalf. Please rest assured, we are an honest and hardworking company and we will get this sorted for you. “Well they had what I wanted in my size when others didn't. The delivery was BY PARCEL FORCE not evri or other Muppets. The price was competitive. Ultimately, not Amazon, British manufacturer. Very happy.”

“The Golf Shop Online gave excellent service. I ordered a Ping hybrid late on a Tuesday afternoon. Later that evening I had a question for Customer Services as I thought it may be a stock item rather than a Custom Build. My question was answered at 8.00am the next day by Lauren and the query was fully answered. My club was indeed a Custom Build and I received it on the Saturday morning (with full tracking), less than 4 days after ordering. The Golf Shop Online couldn't have handled my order any better.”
