“I placed an order to be delivered to my daughter's as I was away, but DPD delivered it to my address. I am unable to exactly say when it was delivered, or if it was on time, or not.”

“I paid for next day delivery. Didn't arrive for 3 days and i had to collect it from a post office. Have asked you for a refund for the next day delivery and you have not resolved it”
