“I have not received my order yet. How long does it really take to delivery a dozen golf balls that are widely available everywhere? Status says order received for so many days.”

“Excellent service. Although I didn't pay for priority delivery my order was processed very quickly and arrived within a couple of days. I was kept up to date of the status of my order and the date of my delivery. The price of the two items I purchased were very competitive and I will definitely be using the Golf Shop Online Again.”

“Fantastic customer service!! I will most definitely be purchasing from this company again. We had an issue with a Titleist bag that became faulty after a few months. Within a week they have dispatched a replacement. Special mention to Stephen who went above and beyond for us to resolve this. I will be recommending The Golf Shop online to others.”
