“Polos were not the same even though i ordered 17 of the exact same polo. Couldnt return as we only realised once we got them personalised. I emailed customer service but no reply..”

“Absolutely delighted with the customer service I recieved. Purchased some callway wedges and after a few hits with one of the clubs, the shaft snapped. Contacted the golf shop online, the fella i was speaking to was very pleasant and they said the send it back so they can look at the club to identify the issue what happened. Once they recieved the club I was sent an email to say my new club would be sent out. 5/5 experience dealing with the company.”
