“Poor service Promised next day delivery --shown on receipt--but didn't arrive then evasive when contacted I was told it was my fault for not seeing a message which had never been sent!”

Hi Graham, I’m really sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration caused. I did try to give you a call earlier to discuss this and left you a voicemail. To clarify, our next day delivery service applies to working days. As your order was placed on a bank holiday, it was dispatched on the Tuesday and delivered on the Wednesday, which is in line with the delivery timeframe shown on our website at the time of ordering. That said, we did experience a technical issue where some confirmation emails showed an earlier delivery date than expected, and I completely appreciate how this would have been confusing—apologies for that. “My gloves were delivered however I paid a premium for next day delivery but they didnt arrive until 2 days later. I reported this and requested a refund on the carriage costs but heard nothing back. The goods were fine and exactly what I ordered”
