“I can't comment on the goods ordered as I still have not received them. DPD gave me a delivery time slot of 1352-1452 today. At 1438 they sent me an email saying that the driver had missed me. I was waiting by my window looking out for the delivery from 1330 to 1500 and there was never a sign of the DPD van. In other words they have lied about the non-delivery.”

Hi, I’m very sorry for the experience you’ve had here. It looks as though DPD attempted to deliver the parcel to the requested pickup shop while it was closed, and it is now being held at their depot. To avoid any further delays, we’ve arranged for a replacement order to be sent out to you. As discussed on the phone, this has been sent via Royal Mail 24 instead. “Excellent service. Ordered waterproof trousers by phone on Thursday afternoon, changed the size Friday morning, trousers arrived Saturday morning. Trousers look very good. Not been able to test them yet.”
