“Very helpful about a return as the umbrella holder required an adaptor to allow it to fit my trolley. Once that was resolved they sent it back to me. Only criticism was them using Royal Mail to deliver the parcel. Supposed to arrive on the Saturday but only got there the following Monday. They should get a refund for poor service”
