“I got the timing wrong for a present I needed to give for someone’s birthday and there was NO WAY it would arrive in time BUT Julia came to the rescue and dealt with it and THE ITEM ARRIVED IN TIME! Not often you get such help these days - THANK YOU SO MUCH!”

“Bought 3 items as Chirstmas presents. Two of the items were perfect, the top was of good quality and looked exactly as it did on line. The gloves I bought were too small. The golf shop gave excellent customer service on the returns.”
