“Buying the watch was fine, good quick delivery,but the trade in was not. No address given to where you send it and unable to contact them by phone after several attempts. Sent e-mails but replies did not give me the address. Eventually got it from Exeter golf shop online.”

Hi Peter, Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback, and I’m glad to hear you were happy with the watch and delivery. For trade-ins, we use Golf Clubs For Cash (GC4C) to handle all part-exchange orders. Inside the box with your order, we include full instructions and contact details for GC4C so you can register your trade-in directly with them before sending anything in, which is why we don’t provide the return address ourselves. This is so they can expect your item when it arrives and process everything more efficiently. I do appreciate that this can feel a bit confusing if the paperwork isn’t seen straight away, but it is all included with the dispatch information. “The service from the Golf Shop Online was very good, my only problem was with the delivery firm who kept delivering at a time I wasn't there. It seems the golf shop had requested the delivery be signed for and so it couldn't be left in my safe place.”

“Good quality items, waterproof suit fitted well accurate sizing, I had to return the sweater as it was too small, (my fault for not checking size guide) so had an exchange, which was perfect, quick delivery. No hassle when exchanging, would recommend.”

“Firstly, my score is in no way a reflection of the items I purchased. My score reflects the ridiculous time it took to actually receive my items. It took approximately 10 days to get the items in total and I was charged for the delivery. I ordered on the Friday of the masters and only received on Tuesday this week. I bought the items for last weekend and unfortunately couldn’t wear them as they were still at the DHL depot(somewhere)”
