“Purchased 4 for 3 golf balls which were a fantastic deal initially and as I ordered 5 (4 for3) the price went down even further. I ordered yellow by mistake. Emailed the Golf Shop and thet instantly changed it to white. Fantastic customer service and delivery was received in a timely manner”

“Ordered a dozen golf balls to try this season, the price was competitive and although the shop despatched them on time, the royal mail managed to lose them at the depot and they eventually arrived three days late. I don't blame the shop for the issue, but if royal mail can't deliver their goods on time, maybe a different courier is required.”
