“Everything was a really good experience. Good communication, and a fast dispatch. The only problem I had was the time it took to get to me. This was with Royal Mail , unfortunatley they sent my package to the wrong sorting office which delayed my delivery. The item was on a 48 hour delivery but it arrived in 72 hrs.”

“Great customer service. Pair of Footjoy shoes returned as they wore unexpectedly in less than 6 months. Asked to send them back to Golf Online and within a few days a credit was raised and a replacement pair sorted. New pair recieved before Christmas in the big "rush" - can't fault service.”
