“The item itself is amazing and I can't fault the company for how quickly they got my order together. The delivery company they are using however was atrocious especially as I paid for next day delivery but got the item 6 days later and too late. Fab items, great company. Please revise your delivery company choice”

“I was unhappy with the gift I had purchased, so I rang Gift Experience straight away and explained the problem. Their immediate response was to say that I needn't return the gift (it was a personalised child's apron) and that I would receive a refund. The refund was on my credit card soon after. Full marks for good service.”
