I gave 4 stars rather than 5 as I read next day despatch as that,but I realise now it should have been next working day and judging by the delivery time the working week is 5 days a week. However all such small issues faded on receipt of a very nice product beautifully presented”
“The product I ordered was actually really poor quality and had a fault on the back of the frame. I was fully prepared for a struggle to get my money back, particularly as the product was itemized, but the gift company arranged a refund straight away, as per their policy when I sent a photo of the damage. The only reason I have given 4 rather than 5 stars is because of the quality of the product they sold and the fact I had to wait 48 hrs (and therefore chase a response) when their policy states they aim to respond to complaints within 24 hrs. Would use them again.”
