My only concern was that I received the email asking me to review my purchase before the item arrived which concerned me that it might have been lost, but I was reassured by the person I spoke to at gift experience that Christmas may have got in the way and to give it a few more days, and she was right it arrived the next day in perfect condition. “Paid for next day delivery, item didn’t arrive for 8 days, when I asked for a refund I was told items to arrive before Christmas should be ordered before 17th (I ordered after) so I was unsure why I was able to select next day delivery, I believe this was misleading however as they sent me two of my item by mistake I will just call it even :-) won’t be buying again.”
