“The actual Message in a Bottle was a nice idea and well accepted by my wife, what she didn't know was that when it arrived the message was not laid out as I had specified. I got in touch with the company and they asked me to scan the incorrect message & send it to them, which I did and they posted another correct one back, but it arrived two days later than I had urged them to send it, I felt that they could have taken my word that it was incorrect, why else would I get back to them to resend a correct copy. As I say the gift was well received so from that point of view, I scored it as good.”

However, there was no consistent updates on the status of my order and no way of tracking it which was slightly irritating as it was intended as a Birthday gift, meaning that there was a certain time frame which it was needed within. Despite this it arrived with plenty of time. Moreover the item itself was not boxed, only wrapped in bubble wrap in the delivery box which could be improved.”

“It's very difficult to know what to buy for a Golden Wedding Anniversary gift so I was very happy to find these pillow cases. They're very good quality fabric and the design and printing is just right. I was a little disappointed by the fact they had no packaging which is why I've only given 4 stars. I had to press them and get some gold tissue paper to wrap them in before putting them in a gift bag but otherwise was very happy with my purchase.”
