“My initial encounter with The Gift Experience was extremely good. I purchased a gift for my granddaughter's graduation and she was delighted with it. However when I decided to send to send her a birthday present via The Gift Experience I didn't realise how long it would take (December birthday) so unfortunately it was several days past her birthday by the time the gift was delivered. After saying that, the gift was lovely and she was delighted with it, but it is difficult to know exactly when to arrange for the gift to be sent, as you don't want it delivered too early nor too late

“Order three photo personalized aprons.
The first three were delivered very quickly however the images appeared very dark. I contacted The Gift Experience and explained the problem. They asked me to send photos of the aprons and I added a copy of the original image. The Gift experience then contacted me to confirm that there was an issue and that they would replace the items. These arrived a week later.
