There was a little confusion as to the font of the personalisation and I actually - respectfully - suggested that there should be an option to choose the font instead of - as on my part - assuming it was the font shown on the item displayed. A very helpful young lady called Holly arranged for a new item to be sent to me with the personalisation in the font which I had expected (as shown on the displayed photo on the item page).
