“The product itself is fab, bigger than I expected and a good weight. However it didnt arrive in time to give to my friends on their 1st anniversary party. I ordered it because the webpage said despatch 1-3 days plus 2-3 days delivery from date of despatch. - so maximum of 6 days. The Gift Experience need to change the wording so as not to raise expectations of other people ordering this for a particular occasion.”
