“I ordered a Liverpool mug with the picture of Liverpool jerseys on the side. The idea was that you selected a jersey number and submitted the name you wanted printed on that jersey.
The mug arrived in pieces!! - No bubblewrap etc to protect it. I notified the Gift Experience and they said they would send out another one. The second mug did arrive intact (allbeit with no protective packaging). However I had expected to see the row of jerseys e.g. numbers 8 -12 with my chosen name printed on number 10 as requested. Instead I see the various jersey numbers and two number 10's. One for the name I had submitted and the other was the regular number 10 player for Liverpool (Mane). What is the point of that!!. How many football teams have two of the same jersey number with different names on it. Surely you would think the regular number 10 name would be replaced with the name you had submitted and the next number would be 11 and so on. Very disappointed with the outcome and the misleading advertising. Not good marketing gift experience!!!!!!!”
