“I ordered a Name A Star Certificate, it didn't even come on an A4 paper cardboard which a Certificate would normally be printed on. It was cheap and tacky small piece of flimsy coloured paper like you would get a leaflet through the door advertising a promotion...also the cardboard envelope it came in was crushed on one corner even though it had an outer package so I'm guessing it got sent out like this and not done via delivery. I thought I'd picked a nice gift for my cousin's 40th Birthday present for a keep sake. I'm very disappointed in the quality of my purchase.”
