“I ordered a personalised mug from this company. The delivery company that delivered it threw it over my gate as I was not in. Obviously....it smashed the mug!!
I contacted The Gift Experience who were very apologetic...although not their fault....and promised they would send me a replacement immediately. The new mug arrived within a few days and this was the week before Christmas!!!

I ordered a personalised cushion (the quality of the cushion inside the cover was disappointing for the price - £14.99 - very lightweight and 'cheap' feeling), and two personalised mugs, which were lovely (£15.99 for the pair). Rather expensive, but would have been worth it with a decent cushion. Sadly, when you order over the internet, it's a bit hit and miss. A case of profit over quality/customer satisfaction, perhaps?”
