“Ordered a Dartington Crystal Clock, with a personal engraving. What was good, is that on the website, it gives you an exact visual copy of what the engraving would look like, and you can decide then, on the best placement/words.
The confirmation order email also confirms this.
Clock was delivered all engraved correctly 2 days later.
