“I ordered a personalised birthday mug, which arrived in good time but the wording on it was incorrect. I contacted Customer Services, who arranged for a replacement to be made and sent and the replacement arrived a week later and this time was fine. Luckily, I had ordered it in good time for the occasion in question. You can't tell from the illustrations on the website what sort of china these mugs are made from. The one I received was quite chunky, not delicate at all. Fine if that's what you want, of course.”
