“This arrived with the wrong inscription.
I contacted customer service before arrival as I had proof read the inscription and informed them that the spelling was incorrect. They didn’t get back to me.”
“The mugs I ordered were great quality and the recipient was delighted. Only niggle was that I hadn't heard anything about them being despatched so was worrying they wouldnt arrive in time for the anniversary. They arrived with 2 days to spare so all was good but would have been good to know so that I could let them know there was a parcel on its way.”

“The champagne flutes were fine. I meant to put my name on one and my wife's on the other, but one glass came with both names on it and the other with none! Maybe my error, but perhapsyou could make it clearer to avoid it in the future..”

“I am pleased with the finish, style and how well it's made but it could be a more generous size.
The sizes are on the site so I guess I should have checked but being a gift I didn't really want to spoil the surprise. Needless to say it doesn't fit.”
“First time buying from The Gift Experience and we were pleased with the service and quality of the product.
The only down side was the delivery from the supplier, nobody contacted us to say when it was to arrive because we needed to make sure of an alternative delivery to our neighbours as we were not available.
Parcel was left in the pouring rain and was only found by chance when a family member called in and found it. Not even a ticket through the door to say it had been left.
We informed The Gift Experience but nobody as contacted us.”
