The money Maze puzzle is flimsy. I purchased two and the first one was fine to put the money in although fiddly. The second one had a very small piece of plastic broken inside it which meant when you placed the money in the box it would not close. I was given a replacement immediately at no charge by The Gift Experience so their customer service was very good BUT when I came to insert the money in the box the hard plastic is so brittle the lock mechanism broke so the box would not close. As it was getting close to Christmas I decided to abandon the idea and went elsewhere for a different money maze box which was cheaper and sturdier😐

I loved the product however upon delivery it looked like it had been run over. The box was squished, the product was upturned and this was not done by the courier. Despite the damage, I kept the product as I didn't have time to return it before gift exchange. The company was easy to use however and the product arrived within reasonable time.

I use this company every year for personalised photograph Christmas Bauble for my 3 Granddaughters and always recommend them highly. Just one disappointment this year 1 Granddaughter received her Bauble a week prior to my other 2 Granddaughters, so delivery took 2 weeks which is most unusual and a little disappointing.

Dreadful will not be ordering again. Picture was sideways and missed off our names. Had to go through the hassle of returning the item even though it would be no good to anyone else as it’s our baby in the photo! Then had to chase for a refund. AVOID
