I am sorry you are unhappy and that you feel that you had a horrible experience. I have checked our system and it states that it had been returned by Royal Mail as Addressee Unknown or Gone Away.

“Bought a gift weekend and a Golden Wedding Anniversary Card. The process was efficient and delivered very quickly, however the front of the card said "congratulations on 50 years married" but the inside of the card said "25" years (which is a silver wedding) - a genuine error that the Company apologised for and refunded the cost of the card. Was rather embarrassing though when presenting the gift to the couple.”
