“The ordered chemical was completely wrong but they have promised to put it right, I will know in a few weeks if the costumer service is good.”

Hi Robert, thank you so much for the feedback, and apologies that you received the incorrect item. Looking at the images you kindly sent over it looks like our team picked a box of "Amfix Universal" as per your order, but that the manufacturer had accidentally packed "Universal Replenisher" inside that sealed box. This was unfortunately our last unit of stock, but we've spoken to the manufacturer and they'll be sending a replacement over to you ASAP! You are welcome to keep the bottle of Universal Replenisher free of charge, hopefully this comes in handy for you. “8 days after my online order I still had not received any communication re order status. I rang the flash centre and the option for sales / enquiries put me through to an answerphone. I eventually managed to chase them up via online chat from their website. I received the order 12 days after it was placed, but honestly if I hadn't chased it up I think I'd still be waiting for it.”

“Lens hood arrived safely. Efficient service. Postage to Northern Ireland very high at almost £10 though so perhaps delivery costs for small items is something to improve on. Recommend The Flash Centre for good service.”

“Revising my 1-star review to 4 stars because the issue was with emails going into my Spam not with The Flash Centre customer service - Sorry about that. 4 stars instead of 5 because the item description could be clearer on having to claim the extra item via the manufactures website - I was under the impression I was receiving it at the same time and it has caused issues with a job I'm on. But I'm happy with TFC and recommend them. Cheers”

In this case, the free gift with your Calibrite ColorChecker Passport DUO is claimed directly from Calibrite and does not arrive in the box. “I was looking for an Epson printer which The Flash Centre had in stock. From the day ordered to its arrival and very well packed 2 days. I received good communication from them and also UPS tracking details. To sum up I would purchase from them again for fast delivery and great communication.”
