“Had what I wanted, not cooked with the squid yet. Far too many follow up / ad emails after purchase. Apart from that, if I need fish I can't get locally I'll be back.”

“I am very disappointed with the quality of my last order. I paid a premium price and expected a premium product. I have repeatedly ordered your Sashimi many times and have been very happy with the quality. However, what I received was disgusting. I might order again in the hope that it was a one-off, but you need to improve your quality check, especially if it's from a different supplier, because this is unacceptable.”

“The products delivered have been good, but the packaging hasn’t always been adequate. Twice so far, the food arrived half defrosted due to insufficient ice packs in the box. Unless the packaging is consistently good, I would be hesitant to place a large order.”
