“They have a wide variety of fish to start with. I have been a member for a couple of years now and the discounts are very welcome. Your orders arrive in boxes that keep everything frozen.”

“They apologised for my order not going out on the planned date, but it came the next day very well packaged. Prices of some types of fish seem very high, but that's true of fresh (or frozen) fish in general these days. You could easily spend several hundred and not end up with a large amount of fish for your freezer. I only made a small order to test the company. I didn't try 3 things from my order yet. I've yet to order some of the more expensive and rare types of fish to see if the price is worth it. I believe their claim that fast-frozen fish is fresher than "fresh" fishmonger fish from the supermarket or specialist fishmonger shops, which are very rare to find these days. I will order again in the next few weeks to see if their quality lives up to the high price per kilo that some of these fish types command.”

“I bought a selection of fish for my elderly parents who don’t buy fish from the supermarket anymore as they say ‘it doesn’t look or smell nice’. Next day delivery impressed them as did the quality and taste of the fish. They are converts to The Fish Society.”

“Unfortunately I did not receive my order. DPD sent a message that said order refused as name did not match. I was at home all day and they didn't come to my house. So what happens to the parcels that don't get delivered ?”

“as above mentioned, Outstanding, professionally and expertly deboned, not one fishbone present. Fast delivery, exceptionally tasty, fresh. I know what Wild Dutch Maatjes Herring Fillets "Zoute Haring" are. I am a Dutchman. Well done everybody. Can sincerely recommend.”

“Amazing fish every time, that smells fresh and sweet when defrosted, and looks and tastes absolutely beautiful - fantastic range of quality products that arrive exactly when you request them (thank you for using DPD who are so reliable and give constant delivery updates) and so I cannot recommend the Fish Society highly enough.”
