“Delivery not made and it took a week to get a full refund for the non delivery of the fish. Never a full apology or explanation as to why DPD claimed a closed road prevented delivery to us when locally there were no closed roads. Would not trust you to deliver in future . Plus the codes for special offers NEVER work, always dodging behind small print to exclude the order from the offered incentive. Overall VERY POOR SHOW , perhaps the top team need shipping off to the next Coldplay concert so you get a new team to run things. Couldn't do any worse without them. Good luck for your brief future.”
