“Reliable delivery”

“Excellent quality fish & wide variety of products that are carefully packed to arrive in good condition. The only thing I find really annoying, is that each time I browse the website to view advertised offers I get follow up ‘reminders II have items still in my basket’ emails so I check and find an empty basket, leaving me reluctant to look at what’s new hence the four star ratting.”

“Good quality food . But the delivery is not vary quickly. They delivered the day after they received, it’s already over 24 hours, outside of sashimi nearly melted.”

“Fish was as advertised. Think that the whelks were expensive. To buy them alive should be much cheaper. The packaging was exceptional. How about a few more lesser used fish. Huss Rock Salmon ? Will be returning to shop soon”

“Good product. However, the delivery was made incorrectly, to my neighbour. Fortunately my neighbour was in and informed me. The address was clear - it left me wondering if the driver was just incompetent or just rushing. Correct delivery for fish is crucial.”

“Absolutely brilliant quality. I can smell the freshness. Customer service is superb. The only element that is holding me back from a 5 star is the packaging. Please find an alternative for the plastic. There are reasonably priced solutions out there.”

“Devilled and garlic prawns. Delivered on time even though one of the gel bags leaked & so did all the dry ice. (Quite a box full of water.) It was my birthday dinner but we couldn’t eat all of the items at once so we spread them over 3 days with 2 items still in the freezer. Very happy 5 meals - can’t be bad.”
