“Whilst the products of almost all sorts are invariably good, and delivery punctual, the defrost element is a problem, as there is a refreeze / frost damage issue. Despite the company's safety reassurance, which I accept, it is no substitute for the product arriving fully frozen. This is especially galling as the cost of delivery is one of the barriers to our buying more often. The alternative, of buying in bulk, to avoid the charge, lends oneself to receiving an even larger quantity of soggy packets. I appreciate the ecological endeavours to use recycleable material, but, like everything, there is a down side. It does not work as well as the old polystyrene boxes, which we used to return.”
