“Very good but only used FS once, need to try it again. Delivery ok but again, need to repeat a few times before I can assess properly”

“They promised me a return on my investment, but even after I deposited my whole life savings, I got nothing. Even though they appeared genuine at first, they were all con artists. I beg people, as I did, to not risk their hard-earned money on dubious platforms. I thought, What can I lose? when a coworker at work recommended KEZOOK COM form an Investigative Recovery team. Fortunately, they were refunded my hard-earned money after four anxious months. With appreciation for the business”

“Great service but disappointed that i had ordered 300 pounds worth of fish, then next day a 25% discount was offered, which I asked if it could be applied as the delivery was next day, then got no reply.”

“Nice to have fresh fish delivered but works out pretty costly with the delivery costs. Also kept receiving emails to say I had products in my basket on the website which was not the case. Cannot review the product because I haven't tried it yet. Will definitely order again but only on special occasions. Very impressed with the packaging and delivery.”

“Unfortunately no one’s fault but I live in a flat and the courier left the box with reception who didn’t realise it was fresh food ! Anyway as a result I had to throw it away as it was not cold when I eventually received it .”

“the quality of the fish was superb - I would have given a five star review but the insulation packaging had perished and therefore the contents were starting to defrost on receipt ....luckily I was using immediately”

“I would give 5 stars for the quality of the fish however I do have an issue with the courier you use. I think it is DPD. My last 2 orders have been delivered to the wrong address. I live at R——D AVENUE and both deliveries were left in the porch (I don’t have a porch) of R——D ROAD. I have had to search the neighbourhood for my parcels. Needless to say it’s futile trying to complain to the courier.”
