“I did not receive any calls or emails from their customer service department during the several months that my deposits were held. Their obvious lack of credibility made me believe that this company had deceived many other people as well. After reaching out to "T O N E L I M I T E D.COM" for assistance, I was granted access to my account and funds.”

“The quality of the Fish you sell is excellent in Taste & Quality, as there is only my Wife and myself at Home now it will take a little to eat our fish stock but as it is getting low I will certainly re/order I would gladly have given the Fish Society a 5 star but for the fact that trying to speak to anybody is absolutely hopeless I have sent 3 E/Mails and made 2 Phone calls and nobody has responded the main reason for trying to contact you was to say you keep missing my Flat number of my Address it is a good job the Courier was able to ring me otherwise I would not have received my Fish so I will not be able order any more Fish until my Address is sorted out”

“I was a bit wary when I received my parcel as the scampi wasn't frozen but reading the leaflet realised it would be OK, after certain health issues I need to be very careful, the scampi is excellent thank you.”
