“Hi, The Fish Society is a wonderful service with Top Quality Fish and excellent service. The Boxs of Fish we have had have been oustanding with prime fresh fish, correctly packaged with ice blocks that more than last, and deliveries exactly as agreed. The Morecambe Bay potted shrimps were devine, and just as your memory wanted thrm to be. We will definatly continue to use them Andrew Dobbie Chepstow”

“Nothing, the order did not arrive, DHL stated on their tracker the order was refused on delivery but that was a lie, we were in all day, the ring door door showed no one arrived at the stated time they said order was refused”

“You didn't make anyone happy! Between food poisoning, pseudo tempura battered prawns, bad smoked salmon, and wrong cuts of salmon steaks, this order was horrible. To top it all up, no one cared AT ALL, about the fact that the courier simply left the food and did not even ring to notify it was delivered. I called your customer service department and also contacted you by email to explain how bad the courier and the delivery experience was, but no one really cared. This experience is more than enough, to convince me that I should look elsewhere for my seafood orders.”
