“Good product -let down b a customer service issue. I ordered 4 Lobster Tails online then realised I wanted some Cod Loin. I phoned within the hour to add the Cod onto the order so there would be no extra carriage. I was told it was too late to amend the order and carriage would have to be charged and n the cod. The delivery arrived in one box which was a bit annoying to say the least. I also realised that I forgot to put the 20% discount code in and was given the same answer. Just smacks of short term sharp practice which doesn't encourage customer loyalty. Graham Scarsbrook”

Good afternoon Graham We're a little confused by this review because when we checked your order, both the lobster tails and cod loin were there. The discount code had not been applied to your order at the time of placing your order as you say but can see that it has been applied retrospectively.
