“I made an order which was to be delivered on the Friday as we were having friends over for a fish supper on the Saturday. I stayed in all day on the Friday. The website had stated that if my order wasn’t delivered I should call them by 5pm that day and someone would check on the orders progress. I called the number (several times) around 4:45 and got no reply, I emailed, no reply on the Friday or over the weekend. Monday morning I called and was told “yeah, sometimes orders can slip through the gaps, it looks like no one made up your order”. This was my first time buying from this company and it is definitely the last. Disgraceful customer service and care.”

“I find your site takes me ages to negotiate. I have always looked at the price per kilo before I decide on whatever I wish to buy, which I think is good practice. Yours is the only site I know that the price per kilo is nowhere to be seen on the first 3 pages you open. When I telephoned and asked why I was told 'Because we sell by the piece mainly'> That does not mean that you cannot therefore show the price per kilo as well, which would definitely save your clients a lot of time, or give up and not place the order In the long run I do not think it is in your interest not to show the price by weight on the first page, having looked up the point on DV.UK.”
