Website was very easy to use, I got to pick which day it came to me and it came to me in that exact date (a lot of times now parcels do not come on the right date). I was having frozen products so I was a bit uncertain that it would stay frozen in the shipping but it was boxed extremely well and was 100% frozen when it came. Will 100% be ordering again.

I haven’t tasted any of our order yet, as going on holiday, but wanted to comment on the service, which I’m very impressed with. There was an IT problem it seemed my order got misplaced. A quick call and it was immediately sorted with a next day replacement order which safely arrived as promised. Thank you Dean, much appreciated, really look forward to eating the king crab and lobster meat on our return home

Your website is a mess and you sent the order confirmation to the wrong person, spoiling the surprise. I didn't receive a confirmation text like the website said I should have. The order was sent on the wrong day so nobody was at home to receive it. There was an entire day when nobody answered your phones. I rearranged for the order to be sent again and the second time it wasn't sent at all. I was illegally signed up for endless marketing emails without consent. There was no tracking information provided and no communication at all unless I phoned customer service.

I ordered 3 caviars to give my daughter a special treat for her q8th birthday. 2 out of the 3 were expired. I received a refund for the wrong amount which I had to chase. Terrible experience.

The one thing I really miss about/from Holland (I am Dutch by birth, but have lived many yers in the UK) is ‘groene’ haring, and now I finally found out I can actually get them here, too! So yes, I was very happy - and they tasted just about as good as I remembered .

I thought the fish was pretty poor quality to be honest. I know it is off-cuts, but it didn’t feel very fresh at all

First time customer, first time ordering. Never again. Order date changed, then not even dispatched. Communication ignored. Called and offered refund. Then had to call back as the refund was incorrect. Staff couldn’t be bothered to process order and dispatched as they would rather reduce their responsibilities to enjoy sunshine.Ridiculous.

Excellent service. No need to trawl the internet for anything else. Is there a catch ? Many,of course…no catch,no fish. Highest marks on a “scale” of 1—10
