“Usually very good but I asked to change the date of my delivery as it was incorrect. I was told they’d try and then contact me. No further contact has been received but I have a “how did we do?” email. But no delivery! I hope this means my delivery has been rescheduled but I have no way of knowing.”

“Supposed to be delivered Saturday. Turned up Monday evening completely defrosted. One week later and many emails still don’t have either a replacement or a refund.”

“We ordered two different salmon cuts (gorgeous 10/10), some salmon roe which was okay but just not to our tastes and some tuna which unfortunately was full of thick fat lines and was incredibly tough/chewy. We could only cut away 2 good pieces to eat and the rest was unusable. The dog thought it was the greatest thing so at least it wasn't a total waste. We will be ordering more of the salmon but will be avoiding anything else in future (sorry pup)!”

“Love everything I have had so far- sadly my only complaint is that for me at 87 and fragile the unwrapping is a major problem- I totally understand you have to keep the contents frozen but am overburdened with wrapping and disposal! Everything otherwise is superb and absolutely don’t want to complain!”

“I got my order on the date I placed for it to be delivered, I haven't tried it yet as I put it in my freezer, traditionally we have a buffet on Xmas day so I will be bringing sashimi to the buffet but I am very pleased with my order!”
