“The 200g packet of black cod misshapes I received only had 173g of cod. Very disappointing since it was more than 10% less than the advertised weight. Also got some of the salmon & hiramasa sashimi - the piece of fish received was very thin and flat, not in a nice shape that you would expect to get in a sushi restaurant. Definitely would avoid the sashimi range.”

“I just have given you the facts. Try to make this better please and don't mislead the consumer. A picture of 10 pieces of Bombay Duck should be 10 pieces of Bombay Duck to the purchaser!”

On our website we say the pack contains about 10 fish. Is that not what you received? If not then please contact us at customerteam@thefishsociety.co.uk

“Sorry but I don’t think it’s value for money. The prepared stuff- fish fingers and cod cakes were nice and good quality. The fresh fish was good quality but very very expensive for tiny fillets compared to local fishmonger. I should have stuck to local. Won’t order again.”
