“Everything 5* - easy ordering online, 2/day delivery, delivery on time, packaging excellent and can be re-cycled. You have thought of everything - excellent service. All fish is also very good quality and man items not available at our supermarkets. We will not be buying fish fromanyone else. Thank you all.”

“I have only purchased once. Pre cooked octopus. I put it in a tomato, garlic and wh wine sauce and it was fab. So tender. A little pricey tho”

“The fish was mostly ok. The abalone was good, you have to tenderise it though. The shell was broken so that was a shame. The halibut pieces did not taste like halibut, lacking flavour, pollock maybe. I don't think it was that fresh otherwise it would taste like halibut; I got a 'hint' of halibut. Didn't fancy it. The salmon, don't know, left in freezer. The pate was very nice. The fish pie mix, don't know. BUT the delivery service will ensure that I NEVER use this service again. I'll get on a bus to Shoreham in future. DPD not only did not deliver to my door, with instructions, they left it in the street!!!!! A 98 year old neighbour noticed and brought it to my flat. For this reason - I have had plenty of problems with DPD and Evri - I will NEVER use this service again, as long as they have this company as a (non)delivery service.”

“The dispatch and delivery were prompt and impressive. There was no catalogue as shown in the promotional video. The fish was bland and unexciting. Small in size, more so than expected. I keep receiving marketing emails, sometimes two per day. This is the second survey I have received from you in two days. This after managing preferences so that I get one email per week. I have since unsubscribed due to an email getting through a little while later. I thought it was instant these days with advanced technology. Now this one has arrived.”

“I ordered from you before and had excellent results! This time the delivery went all wrong. The night before the scheduled delivery, I received notice that the deliver would be at 11 am. I informed my friend who is currently staying at the time of the delivery time . In the morning, she went to drop off her son at boarding school. Then I was suddenly told the delivery would be between 9:45 and 10:30! As my friend could not be back by 9:45, I asked DPd what could be done: they suggested pushing back the delivery to the following day. I agreed, figuring that the fish would be kept frozen till the next day! Unfortunately the following day I received a box of totally defrosted seafood and fish, none of which was usable any more. Under these circumstances I don’t feel comfortable ordering seafood and fish for hundreds of GB pounds that is unsafe and unusable upon delivery”

“Really disappointed only things edible where the brown shrimps and shell on prawns. Oysters tasted awful and lobster was so dry. Have learnt my lesson will only buy fresh. Waste of £85 after discount”
