Sorry to hear you are not completely happy with your order. If you are able to send us an image of the problem with the feathers, we can check our stock and act accordingly. We pride ourselves on the quality of our feathers but if you are not satisfied with them, we are able to accept a return for a full refund. I will email you directly with instructions for returns.

“I am very impressed by the speed with which my order was processed : I ordered on the 9th January and it was despatched the same day for which I received confirmation on the 10th. Further the quills were very carefully packaged so that no harm could come to them and had the nibs cut into them ready for use. I have only used one so far but I am very pleased and will use this company again.”

“There is a wide choice of types and colours of boas. It is my first one so I thought that I would treat myself. I am delighted with it. It is amazing and in carmine red which suits my skin undertone. The service was good and the delivery was faster than expected.”
