“The quality of the feathers are far better than I expected and fantastic service. Always prompt delivery and well packaged. Highly recommend ordering from these guys. I had ordered previously through other sites but wouldn't go anywhere else now. Fantastic site.”

“great quality feathers and quick delivery. but wish you would display all the colours of the feather such as the ostrich and peacock ones. i have to return the bleached peacock ones as they don't look as good as they do online and the ostrich ones as they didn't have the colour displayed on the site but bought anyway in a rush.”

“Very disappointed. Item was of poor quality compared to the picture advertising it. Also ordered a gift box to go with a feather pen I also ordered, was charged for it but no gift box came.”

I'm sorry you did not receive your pen in a gift box, there has been an error in packing with this. I shall email you direct with details of refund for this or if you would prefer us to send out a boxed alternative.

“Isn't this request premature? According to your tracking it just got to the mail yesterday and it has a long way to travel to Indiana. I don't expect it before Christmas.”
