My purchase with The Epicentre was delayed by an entire week. The delivery was expected to be completed by the 25th of November, and it was only delivered by the 2nd of December. I called The Epicentre to follow up on my purchase on the 29th of November, and I had no follow-up from The Epicentre after that. The delivery courier insisted that an investigation can only be raised by the sender which is The Epicentre in this case, and I can do nothing about it. Utterly disappointed with this purchase, I am going to return this purchase as it has arrived too late.
