“Whenever we are in Ambleside this is always the first shop we visit. Great staff and fantastic product range. Recently I ordered a coat online that when arrived was to big. The staff went out there way to ensure I had a replacement with me before the week was out and kept me informed the whole way through, what fantastic customer service. You would be silly not to shop here. Simply one of the best”

“Ordered 3 boot bags from the Epicentre (one for me, two as Christmas presents). Great communications from Pete at Epicentre, and bags received quickly by post the next working day. Really pleased with the bags, and happy to recommend the friendly and quick service from the Epicentre.”

“Bought a pair of the Telic Z strap and I've got to say they are Very Comfortable and I instantly felt my feet were being supported correctly for a change and my back (which is not a problem for me) felt strangely good to! Would highly recommend them.”
