“Great and friendly customer service. Very helpful over the phone and the delivery arrived early the next day. The item I ordered was sadly the wrong size; upon receipt of it, Epicentre emailed me to say the they had received it and the new one was in the post for the next day. Highly recommend.”

“They had the product I wanted in the size I wanted, at a great price, and it felt like it arrived almost before I ordered it. I'm exaggerating obviously but it was very quick.”

“The pair of boots I ordered did not suit my feet and I returned them which is a shame. What I can say about the Epicentre is that their ordering, delivery and refund was faultless and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”

“My E- Mail enquiry was replied to almost immdeiately. My goods were cheaper than other retailers and dispatched the same day as my order. I received them the following day ( free P and P) and I live in the North of Scotland - which can often involve delays and additional costs with on line retailers. Very pleased with service, would definitely use again.”
