“The Epicentre were very efficient and very helpful. There were problems with the processing of my payment, and I sent an email to them to alert them to the problem. This was on a Sunday, but I got a helpful reply within minutes. We then had an email conversation which ensured that one way or another, I would get my order. This went above and beyond my expectations.”

“The epicentre website is easy to use and is always good value. The item was despatched and delivered extremely quickly. Unfortunately, the item did not fit so I had to return it. I received a notification the day after I sent the item to say it had been received and my money refunded - an extremely efficient service. As well as ordering on the internet, I have shopped at The Epicentre store and the team there are very helpful and friendly.”

“Prompt service and a great price for a Patagonia down sweater. Item arrived well packaged in pristine condition. I had to return it for other reasons SHMBO did not agree with colour but would certainly use the Epicentre for my next purchase. Well done.”
