“Having ordered a hamper for a prize at a corporate event I was disappointed when laying the hamper out on the morning of the event to realise that 2 items were missing. I have to say that a member of staff is reimbursing us suitably and has been very apologetic, but I will have hesitations over using this company again. If we had sent this direct to the client we would not have known that we had paid for something and not got the full package.”

“The wrong message was attached to the hamper, so the recipient didn't know who it was from (the message of course made no sense to her!)”

We take great pride and care in the hampers we create and utilise great systems and help from dedicated staff to make sure every hamper sent is correct; so we will be investigating the reason for this error as a priority. “I was delighted to receive a hamper from The British Hamper Company for my birthday as it was specially tailored to my diabetic requirements. The contents included a good variety of sweet and savory treats, including a delicious low sugar strawberry jam as well as unusual savoury biscuits and apple crisps! I will be telling all my friends about this amazing hamper and recommending that they use The British Hamper Company for any specialised gifts they would like to purchase in the future!.
