“Quick and easy to order for delivery in another country. The delivery arrived earlier than expected. But thd recipient was able to arrange a re-delivery at a more convenient time for them. There's nothing noted on your website about how to close/delete my personal details from your system. I thought I was signing up to an account where I could log in and view my order status and also chose to delete the account when I wanted. I didn't realise you were going to store my personal information permanently.”

“Ordered a hamper for friends in Poland as a gift - arrived extremely quickly, well packaged and exactly as described. Our friends were over the moon with their hamper. Would absolutely recommend - hampers are reasonable and they don't dig their arm in over postage costs.”

“This was a gift and the recipient was born in England and now lives in the USA. She's, vegan and was thrilled with the gift...The box the goodies are packed in is very nice too..This is the second box I have ordered for her...And the delivery is prompt too...Very pleased!”

“I was so impressed with my order - I bought a British food hamper as a thank you gift to friends in France. It arrived in a couple of days (really speedy!) and the courier process was easy to follow with plenty of updates. The recipients were so happy with the gift too. “I am so happy with the customer service of The British Hamper Company. I really wanted to send a hand-written card with my large hamper, rather than a typed note, and after being unallowed to do this with a previous company (god knows why), I kept searching and came across these guys. BHC were very happy to let me send them a card, which they then happily and easily included into the hamper I’d bought as a gift. Delivery was very quick and simple (the very next day after they’d received my card, which they also kindly emailed to let me know they’d received). In addition, the recipient was absolutely DELIGHTED with the contents and the presentation of the box. She said the whole thing was displayed beautifully. Will definitely be using this hamper company again!”

“Excellent service for a gift to an overseas relative. Easy to order and pay online, I was kept informed at every step of the way (both in English and Spanish!) and the hamper arrived earlier than promised, so was there for the birthday boy before he went away for a couple of days of celebrations. “We needed a "congratulations" gift for my friend in The Netherlands from our home in the United States. We contacted The British Hamper Company who delivered our carefully selected gift, along with a personal note, at the proper time to our friend who was delightfully surprised! He loved it! “I came across British Hamper Company when I was looking for a gift that I could send for my mother's birthday just a one day before her celebration and I wasn't entirely surę if the gift would be delivered in a such short period of time but it was which indicates an amazing service that this company provides. Everything including the card, the box and the products themselves turned to be of the greatest quality and taste. Could not recommend it more.”
